People will only change their attitude and behaviour when they get confronted with the negative effects of their behaviour. And when they experience the positive effects of a modified approach that they created themselves. Simulation is the ideal tool to discover and experience this. Both for personal interaction and for theme-related knowledge and skills. The number of participants for such a simulation ranges from 8 to 12. I offer business games for the following themes: Project management, Agile way of working, SAFe, DevOps, LEAN, cyber security, service management, strategy & operations.
